Hi! My name is Liz Reyher and my son Aidan was diagnosed w/acid reflux when he was 1 wk old. I had to stop breast feeding him and give him special formula. My pediatrician suggested that I hold him at a 30-degree angle for 30 min after each feeding. That was short lived. I started propping him on pillows but he would slip off, to say nothing of my constant fear that he might suffocate (new mom syndrome). In desperation I made my own pillow that secures him comfortably and easily to a pillow. I designed this w/my pediatrician’s help. My pediatrician is very impressed w/the pillow and is recommending it to his patients. Many of my friends babies have acid reflux. My sister’s son was 2 wks old when he was diagnosed w/ acid reflux. I gave her one of the pillows. I put him on the pillow on top of the kitchen table nad within minutes he was asleep. I think the baby feels snuggled in the pillow so he feels secure and the acids aren’t coming up his throat. I have now patented my pillow and I have manufactured it so it can help other babies. The pillow is called the “ AR Pillow” Acid Reflux Pillow 4 Baby WWW.ARPILLOW.COM
