Before Baby… A RIE Course for Parents-to-Be

If you are expecting, waiting to adopt, or thinking about becoming a parent, Before Baby will help you to start off with confidence in yourself as a parent and trust in your baby’s unique ability to show you the way.  Classes cover topics such as:

•        Establishing healthy patterns from the beginning of life
•        Setting up an infant-oriented environment in the home
•        Synchronizing babies’ needs and parents’ wants
•        Diapering, bathing and feeding your baby respectfully
•        Crying and parents’ responses
•        Sleep, for baby and parents!
